A Forest Service campground on WV-28 with a view straight across at Seneca Rocks, open all year with tent, RV and group sites plus flush toilets. It is popular enough with climbers and hikers that booking ahead through Recreation.gov is worth doing rather than hoping for a walk-up spot. About as close as you can camp to the Rocks themselves.
